Men's Basketball

Division I– Jamison Epps – Central Arizona – Averaged 25.5 points over two games including 29 in a win over Scottsdale. Hit 20 of 30 shots from the field (.667) and even had 14 rebounds in each game. Even added 18 assists, three blocks and two steals. He is a freshman from Lebanon, Ky.

Division II– Tyree Tyler – Scottsdale – The freshman from Lancaster, Calif, and Skyline H.S., had an 18.5 scoring average and added 11.5 rebounds over two games. Made 13 of 17 shots from the floor (.765) and added three blocked shots.

Women's Basketball

Division I – Tatjana Tatar – Cochise – Averaged 24.0 points, including a 30-point outburst against Glendale. Shot 17-31 (.548) from the floor including 9-15 (.600) on three-pointers. Also had a total of ten rebounds eight steals and six assists. She is a sophomore from Toms River, N.J. and Donovan Catholic HS.

Division II – Angel Addleman - Pima – Pima won twice as the freshman from Tucson's Palo Verde H.S. averaged 15.5 points shooting .526 (10-19) from the floor. She also had a total of 15 rebounds, nine assists and four steals.
