Offense - Terry Makedika - Arizona Western - The freshman from Paris, France scored two goals and had one assist in two matches last week to help the #8 DI ranked Matadors beat #3 DII ranked Phoenix, 3-2, and Chandler-Gilbert, 8-0.

Goalkeeper - Alejandro Chavez - Mesa - The freshman from Deming, NM replaced the Thunderbirds' starting goalkeeper who was injured and only allowed two goals on 11 shots-on-goal in two matches last week. Chavez helped the #20 T-Birds beat Yavapai and #1 Pima by scores of 2-1.

Women's Soccer

DI Offense - AJ (Ashlyn) Jones - Yavapai - The sophomore from Chandler scored two goals and had one assist in two matches last week, including a game-winning goal in overtime against Mesa.

DI Goalkeeper - Morgan Trail - Yavapai - The freshman from Mesa helped the Roughriders beat both Mesa and South Mountain in shutout victories last week. This is Trail's second POTW honor this season.

DII Offense - Delaney Buntin - Pima - The sophomore from Vail scored a hat trick in a 5-0 win against Mesa last week to help the #2 Aztecs improve to 6-1 on the season. This is Buntin's second hat trick this season.

Volleyball

DI Offense - Steliyana Chakarova - Eastern Arizona - The freshman from Stara Zagora, Bulgaria had 25 kills, five blocks, and four digs to help the Gila Monsters go 3-0 last week.

DI Defense - Brooklyn Angle - Eastern Arizona - The freshman from Thatcher had 50 digs, 12 assists, and six aces in three matches last week.

DII Offense and Defense - Brooklyn Casey - Scottsdale - The sophomore from Peoria earned both offensive and defensive POTW honors as she was a traditional six-rotation player last week. Casey had 34 kills, 37 digs, five assists, and seven aces as she helped the #4 Artichokes stay undefeated this season. This is Casey's second offensive POTW honor this season.
