Cross Country
Men - Yotuel Garcia - Mesa - The sophomore from Mesa was the runner-up in the men's four-mile race at the Manny Bautista Invite in San Diego on Friday. Garcia ran a personal-best time of 20:09.5 for four miles and this is his third runner-of-the-week honor this season.
Women - Kate Brockman - Mesa - The sophomore from Mesa was the runner-up in the women's 5000-meter race at the Manny Bautista Invite in San Diego on Friday. Brockman helped lead the lady T-Birds to the team victory as well. This is her second runner-of-the-week honor this season.

DI Offense - Megan Castricum - Cochise - The sophomore from Castricum, Netherlands, scored both game-winning goals against Chandler-Gilbert & Mesa last week.
DI Goalkeeper - Samantha Renteria - Cochise - The sophomore from Rio Rico had seven combined saves and helped lead the Apaches to two shutout victories last week. This is Renteria's second player-of-the-week honor this season.
DII Offense - Meridith Scott - Pima - The sophomore from Sahuarita scored a goal and earned two assists in two matches last week. The #3 Aztecs won both matches against #10 Scottsdale and Yavapai.
DII Goalkeeper - Angelina Amparano - Pima - The sophomore from Tucson had six saves and allowed zero goals in 152 minutes to help lead the #3 Aztecs to two shutout victories last week.
Volleyball
DI Offense - Lara Erdmann - Arizona Western - The freshman from Wiesbaden, Germany, had 23 kills, eight digs, and six aces in two matches last week. Erdmann helped the Matadors win both matches against Yavapai.
DI Defense - Kadyn Osborne - Eastern Arizona - The freshman from Anchorage, AK, had 48 assists, 27 digs, five aces, and two kills in two matches last week. Her defensive efforts helped the Gila Monsters stay competitive in the matches despite both ending in losses.
DII Offense - Brooklyn Casey - Scottsdale - The sophomore from Peoria had 31 kills, 18 digs, and three aces in two victories last week to help the #4 Fighting Artichokes remain unbeaten this season. This is Casey's third player-of-the-week honor this season.
DII Defense - Kylie Wong - Chandler-Gilbert - The sophomore from Chandler had 44 digs, four assists, and three aces to help the # Wolves win both matches last week. This is Wong's third player-of-the-week honor this season.
