DI Women’s Basketball

Elva Chavez – Eastern Arizona – Elva Chavez helped Eastern Arizona to three wins last week, scoring 36 points, including a season-high 16 points in a 60-58 win over Salt Lake. Chavez grabbed a season-high 10 rebounds in a win over Howard. The sophomore went 14-for-17 from the free throw line and finished the weekend by grabbing eight rebounds and scoring 12 points against South Plains.  

D2 Women’s Basketball

Rylei Waugh-Pima– Waugh led the Aztecs to two wins in three games last week, scoring 68 points in the three games including 29 points in a win over South Plains in the first game of the weekend before scoring 16 against Howard and 23 in the final game of the weekend against Salt Lake. In addition to the season-high 29 points against South Plains, Waugh recorded a double-double with 10 rebounds. 

DI Men’s Basketball

Tracy Godfrey – Cochise – Godfrey scored 49 points in three games for the Apaches last week, scoring a season-high 20 points in an 84-62 win over Frank Phillips on November 9. Godfrey went 19-for-26 from the field in the three games.

DII Men’s Basketball

Chase Oldham – Pima – Oldham went 24-for-29 from the field in three Pima wins last week, totaling 64 points and 27 rebounds. Oldham had a season-best 27 points in a 128-82 win over the No. 13 ranked DIII Dallas College Eastfield on November 9 while grabbing 12 rebounds.
