Yavapai won the Region I, Division I baseball championship with a 10-6 win over Central Arizona Friday and Glendale kept its hopes alive in Division II with a 5-4 victory over Pheonix.

  Both YC and CAC will move on to the Western District tournament.

  Glendale scored one run in the top of the ninth inning, and then held the Bears to one in the bottom of the frame to force a winner-take-all game Saturday at noon in Phoenix.
