The NJCAA released its latest national rankings for baseball and softball, with ACCAC programs earning recognition following strong starts to the 2026 season.
BASEBALL
Division I

No. 12 College of Southern Nevada – climbs five spots from the preseason poll after opening the season 15-3.

No. 15 Arizona Western College – checks in at No. 15 after a strong 14-1 start.

No. 22 Cochise College – drops nine spots from the preseason poll despite a 13-3 start.

Division II (from Jan. 20 - Preaseason)

No. 6 South Mountain Community College – enters at No. 6 after a 47-19 (33-7) campaign in 2025. The Cougars captured the NJCAA Region I DII Championship and the NJCAA DII West District Championship before concluding their season at the NJCAA DII Baseball World Series.

No. 21 Pima Community College – begins the preseason ranked No. 21 after posting a 47-13 (29-11) record and reaching the NJCAA Region I DII Finals.
