D2 Player of the Week: Ben “Murphy” Gershman, Pima

Gershman led the Aztecs to a 2-0 record this past week with wins at Eastern Arizona and Cochise College. Against Eastern, Gershman recorded 45 points and 22 rebounds shooting 64% from the field and 86% from the free throw line. This is Gershman's second ACCAC Player of the Week Award.

D1 Player of the Week: Tyler Chaisson, Eastern Arizona

Tyler led Eastern Arizona to 1-1 record winning by averaging 17.5 points and 15.5 rebounds. In Eastern's overtime win against Tohono, Chaisson led the Gila Monsters with 20 points, 17 rebounds, 1 steal and block while playing 41 minutes.
