D1 Player of the Week: Amanda Burton - Eastern Arizona

Burton helped the Gila Monsters to wins over South and AWC by averaging 2.7 kills per game. She played tremendous defense recording 14.5 blocks in the two wins including 10.5 blocks versus AWC.

D2 Co-Players of the Week: Alexis Ammerman - Pima & Angela Webb - Scottsdale

Pima went 2-0 last week led by Ammerman. She recorded 26 kills, 5 blocks, 21 digs (19 against South) and 7 aces including an amazing 6 aces versus South.

The Artichokes went 2-1 behind Webb who had 41 kills and a hitting percentage of 43.8%.
