Yavapai won twice last week to maintain its lead in ACCAC volleyball. It is 6-1 in league play and 7-5 overall.

YC first scored a non-conference win over Pima, 25-21, 25-21, 27-25, as Mailani Manuel and Samnatha Holman had ten kills apiece. Heather Wanninger dug out 20 balls and Manuel added 12 digs. Alia Rasmussen contributed 29 assists. For the Aztecs, Bergen Campbell had 14 kills and Avdalis Felix contributed 18 digs. Karla Soto added 26 assists.

  The Roughriders then got back into conference action with a 25-14, 27-25, 19-25, 25-11 win at Eastern Arizona.  Kambry Jorgenson led YC with 14 kills and Manuel had 10 more. Wanninger collected 21 digs and Rasmussen 20 along with 35 assists.

  Arizona Western kept pace with three victories to go to 8-8 in all matches and 4-2 in ACCAC play.

  The week began with a non-conference win over Pima, 25-19, 25-17, 25-20. Patrycia Rykala led with seven kills while, Allesandra Arellano had 11 digs. Pima got six kills each from Courtney Ely and Campbell with Felix coming up with 13 digs.

  AZW then got a 25-19, 25-21, 25-19 win at Eastern Arizona as Anny Montano-Hurtado drove home 12 kills. Marian Donado collected 20 assists.

  The week ended with another-non-league win over Pima, 25-10, 25-12, 23-25, 25-19. Montano-Hurtado paced the Matadors with 12 kills and Nancy Vergez had 10 digs. Pima got nine kills from Campbell and 13 digs from Felix.
