Scottsdale has won the consolation bracket at the NJCAA DII Volleyball National Championship and claimed ninth place.

  The seventh-seeded Artichokes took down No. 9-seed McHenry Co., 3-0.

  Leading the way for SCC on offense was Shauna Rath with nine kills. Savannah Davis added eight. Macy Wilke and Kylie Ostrosky had ten digs apiece and Wilke contributed 13 assists. Rath had 14.

  Scottsdale closes its season 22-8.
